Description

Polyurethane varnish matt  for wood. High elasticity. High wear and wash resistance. Very hard and flexible. Long lasting and high resistance to wear.

Fields of Application

For the decoration and protection of all kinds of natural or stained wood structures.

• Indoors: furniture, doors, panelling, etc.
• Outdoors: surfaces protected from direct exposure to the weather: balconies ceilings, pergolas, eaves, canopies, etc.

How to use: Remove the product beforehand. Product to use. Apply two layers of varnish, sanding between layers once dry and removing the resulting dust.

Yield: 14-16m² / l

Drying: 5-6 hours

Repainting: 12-24 hours

Euroclass Certificate of Fire Resistance (B-s1, d0)

Number of layers: 2 layers. The color of the surface and type of wood conditions the final color obtained. With each hand, the color darkens.

Application tools: Brush, gun or roller.

Dilution: Product ready for use. For spray gun, a maximum of 15% of synthetic solvent must be diluted until adequate viscosity is obtained.

Preparation of the support:

The wood must be free of waxes, clean and dry (with less than 15% moisture). Apply previously Tollens Xilodex Protective Fund for effective protection against insects and fungi. Do not apply on tropical or excessively resinous wood since it can affect the drying of the product.

• New woods: Sand the wood in the direction of the grain with fine grit sandpaper and clean. Remove resins with white spirit.
• Varnished woods: Remove remnants of loose and chipped varnish by stripping and / or sanding in the direction of the grain. If you want to highlight the vein, remove the layers of old varnish until you reach the wood.
• Resin or tropical woods and other surfaces, consult technical service.
  

HOW TO USE

Remove the product with a spatula. Product ready for use. Apply the layers of varnish, sanding between layers once dry and eliminating the resulting dust.
