Applications

Suitable for the treatment of building materials with porous surfaces, such as plaster, mortar, concrete, brick, etc. To which it seals and consolidates, also improving the adherence of the finishing paint.

Especially suitable for unsound or highly porous walls and ceilings made out of plaster, concrete or brick. To seal or reinforce old paints before recoating

PREPARING THE SUPPORT

The surface to be painted must be dry and clean, without old paint badly adhered, no loose particles, dust, grease, oil, wax, grease, etc.

• Surfaces already painted or old, in good condition wash or brush beforehand to remove paint residue and to sand defective areas. In bad condition, remove the paint completely to later apply the Tollens primer.
• Defective and cracked surfaces, in addition to the above considerations, the affected areas must be filled and leveled with the most suitable product in the putty line. Allow to dry, level the surface with a sandpaper and remove the dust with a damp cloth.
  

Dilution and use:

Homogenize the product before application. Apply to roller, brush or spray gun. Product ready to use by roller or brush. In the case of airless spray, dilute with water to the appropriate viscosity. Use tools to be cleaned by washing them with water.

• New or very porous surfaces: dilute previously in the proportion: 1 part of Primer Fixer in 3 parts of water.
• Old or deteriorated surfaces: give a more diluted 1st coat: 1 part Fixative primer for 5 parts water.
