APPLICATIONS
For doors, street lamps, bars, railings, furniture and any iron element in exterior or interior.
PREPARING THE SUPPORT
Surfaces must always be clean, dry and free of grease, dust and loose rust. Always remove loose rust by blasting, manual or mechanical brushing and degreasing with solvent.
- New iron and steel surfaces: Remove grease and dirt with solvent and dry preferably with absorbent paper.
- Surfaces already painted: If it is badly adhered, remove the paint with sandpaper and clean the resulting dust.
- If the paint is in good condition, sand lightly.
Yield: 10-12 m² / Lt (approximate and according to support).
Drying: (according to color, applied thickness and ambient temperature)
- Total: 3 hours
- Repainting: 12 hours.
Number of layers: Apply one hand. Cover corners, edges and welding areas well.
Application tools: Airbrush, roller or spray gun / air-less. For spray gun use 1.2-1.5 mm nozzle
Dilution:
- Product ready for use, dilute at most 5% with Solvent
- For spray gun, 10-15% Solvent X (Synthetic Quick Dry) should be diluted to a suitable viscosity.
