REVETON 7000 SILICONE

Acryl-siloxan coating in coarse, impermeable and decorative layer indicated for the Thermal Insulation System Wall-Term. Coarse granular finish.

Description

Friction coating in thick waterproof and decorative layer formed by acrylsiloxanes resins and loads of granulometry studied to obtain a medium granular finish.

Applications

• Rehabilitation of facades with the Thermal Insulation System "WALL-TERM", whose properties are contemplated in DITE nº 402, issued by the Instituto Eduardo Torroja, on new supports or in service of exposed concrete, ceramic brick, blocks of mortar and plasters.
• Protection, decoration and waterproofing of facades.

How to use

• Preparation of the support
  

REVETON 7000 SILICONE is applied on all types of supports, concrete, cement mortar, plaster (prior primer) etc ... The plaster should be aristado, masestreado and fine fractasado.

The surface must have a clean surface of dust and grease.

• Application of the product:
  

A primer coat will be given as a primer (eg SIMILAR LISO), diluted to 30% of the same color as that chosen for the thin layer with REVETON 7000 SILICONE to mask possible glazing.

From the 4-6 hours the second layer with the REVETON 7000 SILICONE will be given by conventional trowel, in a single pass, uniformly regulating the thickness.

To finish the finish, once the product has been extended into a uniform layer, the finishing will be done by a trowel of wood or plastic with circular movement and the striped finish in movement from top to bottom.

For the treatment of large surfaces and to avoid the joints of work, it is advisable to dismantle it in panels of about 15m² / l, which will be done with adhesive tape.

The yield: 2.0 and 2.5 kg / m² according to support
