Synthetic enamel to apply on non-ferrous metals (galvanized, zinc, aluminum, copper) without previous primer.

Main Properties

  • Exceptional direct adhesion. No need for previous application of "all primer" or similar primers, on galvanized sheet, zinc sheet, and aluminum surfaces.
  • Its excellent resistance to weathering, makes it possible, with two coats of product, to cover the needs of adhesion and finishing on these compromised supports.
  • The adhesion on the iron is also perfect but in this case we recommend the previous application of an anticorrosive primer.

Recommended uses

Directed mainly to professionals of the metallurgical sector, workshops, locksmith in general.

Surface preparation:

The surfaces must be clean, dry and above all without greases or oils. On surfaces already painted it is advisable to ensure a good elimination of existing paint films that may cause subsequent adhesion problems between layers. On iron and ferrous metals it is advisable to apply an anticorrosive primer, which must have, among other properties, a good resistance to strong diluents.

Drying:

  • To the touch: 10 minutes at 23º C and with a relative humidity of 55%
  • Hard: 2 hours
  • Repainted: 24 hours

Performance: 8 - 12 m² / Lt. and hand

Finish: Brilliant

Number of layers: Recommended thickness by hand 30-40

Application tools: Applicable to brush or conventional spray

Dilution:

  • For brush application: Diluent for chlorinated rubber pools.
  • For spray application: Thinner

Cleaning: Diluent

APPLICATION TO CONVENTIONAL GUN:

  • DILUTION: 10-15%
  • NOZZLE: 1.4-1.8 mm
  • OUTPUT PRESSURE: 3-4 bar

APPLICATION TO BROACH: 0-5%

Observations:

Brush painting of different colors can cause bleeding and discoloration in the final film, so in this case we recommend its application by spray.
